The work is always carefully diagnosed, explained and completed by either Banny himself or one of the other great technicians.

He explains issues so that they are understandable, he lets you know what will happen if it isn't fixed and doesn't make you feel stupid if you don't have him do the work. He is the only mechanic I have felt comfortable sending my wife to alone. On one visit he told me that the issue I was having was rare and could have been caused by them on my last visit. All work and parts were covered, just on the possibility that they might have been at fault.
