  Adam is the best! I injured my leg while working out and he made sure to provide all the information I needed to prevent re-injury. He listened to what I said, asked the right questions and made me feel at ease. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and has great sense of humor. If you’re looking for the best PT, this is the place!

  I had severe plantar fasciitis in both feet, along with a torn plantar fascia and stress fracture. Adam and his team worked with me so that I could stand, walk and return to my normal routines and activities. He focused on helping me be able to help myself, so that will know how to treat flare-ups and manage myself going forward. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will continue to use this clinic for any future needs.

  I came to Adam for therapy on my wrist after surgery. I found his technique and approach to be kind and caring. He ensured I got what I needed from therapy without being overly aggressive with manipulation. I healed very quickly and have full ROM after a scaphoid fracture. I would definitely recommend Tried and True Physio to anyone needing a therapist!

  Adam was awesome. I broke my femur and Adam helped not just rehab and get back to walking but i truly enjoyed my time and he helped me laugh and smile thru this unfortunate time. He treated me as a person and not just another person giving him money. While rehabbing he finds out who you are and makes the time enjoyable and gets you right back on your feet ( quite literally in my case). Hopefully i never have to come again because injuries aren’t fun but if i do Adam is the guy to go to. Thank you adam!

  Adam is THE MAN!! I walked into his office this past September of '18 after having arthroscopic surgery on my knee and being faced with having to recover in time to run the Boston Marathon this past April of '19. This may seem like plenty of time to accomplish the objective, but when you have to figure in 8 weeks of PT (Adam's part) plus another 18 weeks of training (my part) that I couldn't even start until Adam was done fixing me, my back was definitely up against the wall with very little room for error. Not only did he fix me, he also made me a better runner by giving me a plethora of diet and training ideas that I had been clueless about prior. And the icing on the cake, again, applying his suggestions, was that I just ran my best marathon ever today, Sunday, May 26th, and have re-qualified to go back to Boston in 2020. Again, Adam is THE MAN!!
