  A One Fasting Retreat- is owned by Millan Chessman, B.S. C.C.T. an 80 year old woman we all hope to be. Her home is the retreat, which is cozy and welcoming instead of sterile and clinical.
  I’ve had 2 fasts/detox retreats under her supervision, with her years of experience. Each time I left feeling healthy and healed. Also, departing with a wealth of knowledge and feeling loved and cared for in the process. I enjoyed her Zumba classes, the Spa day with Korean body scrub/massage, Colonics , and Foot detox. A One Fasting Retreat’s juices and detox program never let me feel hungry.

  I can not express how wonderful of an experience I had with this cleanse. Millan and her staff are nothing short of amazing. She is a living example of how we should live and treat others. She's very knowledgeable and is a great teacher. I have so much hope in getting my health completely back from attending this retreat.   I have not been to the retreat, but they were very generous and helpful over the phone during my 10 day water fast. My Physician warned me about fasting, but at A One they said "show me the study that says fasting is risky?" so I did research and 40 years with thousands of fasting patients show how safe and amazing the results of 14-30 day water fasts are.
