They completely saved me from my own disaster and educated me on what we were doing wrong in regards to what we put down the sink. They helped extend the longevity of my new garbage disposal with new information as well as being super professional and on time. 10/10 would recommend their service and products to anyone in the north county area.

100 stars if we could. These guys are amazing. We gave them a call at 6pm (because plumbing issues always occur after hours..) and Tim emailed and texted me back that evening to find out more info. It seemed like we had an issue that couldn't wait so they moved their schedule around to come the next morning at 8am. They arrived promptly and were super professional about their work. After we explained the issue, they investigated and then explained what they found. We weren't sure where the leak was coming from and they did a great job finding it without breaking into any walls that didn't need to be broken into.

They were super clear at explaining the issue they found, made the repairs in a quick and timely manner, and answered all the questions we had for them. They even gave us advice for a few other things and will be coming back to help with a few other issues. They were super respectful around masks and shoes and I'd recommend them 1000%! Definitely will be our go-to for plumbers now.

We had to have our main water valve replaced and what a massive pain that turned out to be. The City couldn't provide the right guidance on which main street valves to turn off and it would have taken them several days (maybe weeks) to figure it out. So, Tim offered to do a "wet" main valve replacement with the water pressure still on. It was gnarly and pretty intense, but he and his team pulled it off without fail and installed an awesome new main water valve at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use these guys again when we have plumbing issues. Excellent service and very reasonable rates.

These guys did a great job. I've used them twice now. Once to unclog some drains and trouble shoot my dishwasher. Once to install a new water heater. I'm happy to say they did great work, supported their installations even when we had a miscommunication, and have really made me feel good about doing business with them. I'd highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
