I have had an interest in Crystals and their healing properties for quite some time. I have spent more than a few years, passively curious, and unwilling to "ask" for guidance and explanation. Wanting to read and learn, yet feeling overwhelmed with all the books and not knowing which would be good to choose.
I recently received a cancer diagnosis. While I was searching for information about my cancer I stumbled across an article about the healing properties of crystals with cancer. Brenda talked about this in the article and provided information about her Rei Of Light Jewelry. In that moment I decided to look her website up to possibly learn from what she had available. While on the site I noticed the website had a Live Chat Box available. I decided to just ask questions that I had for what I was recently diagnosed with and what would be the best for me. I was quite surprised that within a very very short amount of time I received a response. I was asked for more information, and upon responding with more details, the chat lit up offering a phone number and a call if that would be better to discuss.
I was absolutely amazed that I not only received a prompt response, but now this person is willing to get on a phone call with me! I was ecstatic!
When I called the number I was greeted with Brenda Herself. She was kind, understanding, informative, knowledgeable, compassionate, and most important of all, I could genuinely feel that she was fully present with me because she cared about my story and search for healing to equip myself the best possible to beat this cancer.
At no point in time was Brenda ever pushing for a "sale". She was genuinely providing guidance, information, suggestions, all while creating space for us to connect as humans.
It was such an amazing experience of compassion and love.
I was excited for what was possible and asked Brenda if she would make a bracelet specifically for me and she did. Not only did she create a beautiful piece specifically for me, but sent it to me within a couple days.
I wear my bracelet every day and love it. I can feel the energy it gives. Brenda was amazing in getting it to me so quickly and I am so beyond grateful for that. Shortly after receiving the bracelet in the mail, I ended up in the Hospital for a Week. I was grateful as I was able to take, have and wear my healing bracelet the entire time I was there.

Most of all, I would like to comment on the incredible customer service Brenda offers. She keeps in touch with you until everything about your order is perfect! Also, during the pandemic I have placed many online orders and can confidently comment that Rei Jewelry delivery timelines are by far the best I have experienced. I live in Canada and have dealt with some very long delays. There is regular communication until your product is at your door.

Brenda is amazing! I ordered a bracelet for my mum who was just diagnosed with cancer and Brenda was so kind and compassionate. She infused the bracelet with love and healing and I felt really looked after since making first contact. I wasn't just another customer. She makes every customer feel special and worth it. Brenda is a true artist! I commissioned her to design a very special necklace for my Dad and she put so much love and attention to detail into it.
