  I came in to get assistance with two things - 1) my voice mail - specifically, it was not accepting voice mail messages but now is, and 2) delete unread messages that I could not access on my own. Sam & Mark provided OUTSTANDING customer service to me in both cases. They are professional, competent, kind, reassuring, and clearly enjoy their jobs. They are also very good teachers and explain the issues in layperson’s terms, which I need. Any issues I have with my phone cause me great stress and anxiety. Working with these two gentleman calmed me down and I left with a renewed sense of optimism about my phone. Thank you kindly, Sam and Mark, and keep up the awesome work!!!

  We had an appointment with Mark. I’m used to spending a half day getting a new phone. He got us in and out in less than an hour! Very knowledgeable and courteous!

  They were nice. Professional. And they let us stay in the store while their customer service people fixed the issue over the phone... even though it was the customer service people that told us to go to a store to get what we needed fixed. Weird. Lol

  Over the course of a few days, we spent many hours at this location with George. He helped us change plans, add lines, fix a voicemail issue that had been lingering for 6 months, and trade in a phone. Always patient, always clear and informative and a true professional. This can be a frustrating experience and George makes it a enjoyable, seamless process! I We will always go to wherever George is located with AT&T. The best

  My experience with Lynn was fantastic. I had an extraordinarily difficult situation, as the property I inherited was one acre with an old house on it, and Lynn stuck with me, guiding, hand holding, advising, and basically smoothing the process as we went through many steps to get to close of escrow. She always returned my calls promptly and never left me feeling that I didn't have help when I needed it. Knowing that I was stressed out towards the end, Lynn would call me regularly just to see if I had questions, and she reminded me to keep my focus on the goal.
  
  Lynn went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend her. She obviously has the knowledge and ability to handle any real estate transaction with commitment and sensitivity to each individual's situation and needs.

  The experience with Lynn and the whole Judson team was excellent. The purchase of our home had numerous curveballs Lynn and her team knew exactly how to manage the problem and execute it in the most timely manner possible. I would not think about buying another home with anybody but them and would recommend them to any family , friend or stranger. Thank you so much Lynn for all that you did for me and my family.

  Lynn and Andy Judson provided superb professional service in the sale of our home. Their MLS listing, color brochure, open house and potential buyer relations were first class.
