  Called to get someone to look at our furnace after a power problem blew out some appliances. He was headed out for the weekend but made a stop by before leaving town. He found the problem, and the replacement parts were in his van and we were good to go in about an hour. Excellent experience. Reasonable rates. Will use him again to tune up the AC when the weather warms up.

  Quality Heating and Cooling fixed my A/C in the middle of this heat wave. They must be working as hard as they can to keep up with these record hot temperatures and I am grateful they were able to squeeze in a visit to my house before it’s 96 degrees tomorrow.
  
  My impression was of professional, courteous, quick, and knowledgeable technicians.
  
  I will hire Quality Heating and Cooling again next time something comes up.

  Luke and team were great--quick response for a capacitor issue (second one in three years- but note they are made in China) during the heat wave season. He is professional, friendly, proficient, and most importantly honest. Definitely a small business worth supporting should you need AC or heating support.

  Luke, (the owner) is incredible! He is Fair, Professional,Friendly and Extremely Knowledgeable! He is amazing to work with. I was getting quotes for over $14,000 for my little house to put in AC. I called him and he came out the same day.He is the only person who told me the best way to do it .And his cost was substantially lower and more reasonable. I will not use anyone else but Luke for any future AC or heating needs. Thank You so very Much Luke! And Thank you Cooper too!

  I picked Luke, owner of Quality Heating and Cooling, because he had s 5 star rating with great reviews by 5 people.
  and because he's been a longtime Fallbrook resident and licensed business owner. I'm glad I did.
  Our home AC unit went out due to continuing days of 100 degree heat. I called him at 8am and he said he'd be here by mid afternoon. It's 103 degrees outside today. He called to say he was on his way at 12:45 pm. He got right to it and fixed it and tested the AC unit (needed capacitor replacement which he has on his large truck). Luke was finished by1:30pm and we're enjoying cool air again! It was less than $200.
  He's a nice, honest and hard working local guy who told me he rarely takes a vacation.
  I highly recommend Luke.
