My electric car batteries weren’t holding a charge and William came to my house to retrieve all 6 batteries. The service was above and beyond. He removed all 6 batteries and recharged them which 2 needed to be replaced. 2 weeks later after I purchased the 2 new battery’s he came back out to my house and installed them for me. All at a very fare and reasonable price. I’ll be using them for any future auto issues. He is very knowledgeable, professional and honest.

Messaged William at X-Gen and he responded right away. I brought my daughters car to him late and he checked it right away. He didn’t try To upsell me on a full battery replacement. He checked the cells and found a few bad ones and replaced them quickly. Sent me pictures of issues he was finding with the hybrid battery and also a hybrid battery capacity after repairs were made. No issues since I’ve had the car back. William has messaged me a few times after repairs were made to see if everything was good with the car if not so he can recheck it. Will use X-Gen again if my Hybrid Battery fails again. Very Happy with service.

I had a battery issue with my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid that was previously worked on less than a year ago by another shop. William diagnosed the issue which was 2 bad cells, 2 weak cells and corrosion on the some of the terminals. Others would have suggested to replace the entire battery assembly but William was honest and and only recommended I replace 3 of the cells and remove the existing corrosion. He was honest, precise, thorough and efficient. I give him 5 stars and would recommend him to anyone with hybrid vehicle troubles.
