Leaving 5 stars based on 1st contact with Ms. Stephanie (front office). She absolutely set the tone and first impression on the kind of service and patient care this dental office provides.
I am happy I found this office and look forward to receiving quality care here for the next three years. IBFD is lucky to have Ms. Stephanie. :)

Everyone is sweet here and you can tell they’re great at what they do. I’m typically nervous about visiting the dentist, but they made me feel really comfortable! I would recommend to any of my friends.

Everyone in this office from the ladies that greet you when you arrive to the hygienist and dentists are warm, friendly and concerned for your health and comfort. I started coming here after my dentist retired. It has been a great transition from where I had gone for 20+ years to this practice. I highly recommend Dr. Steven Lou’s Office.

Dr. Luo is a wonderful dentist. He really cares about your teeth. He’s gentle and will minimize the time in the chair as much as he can. And Stephanie at the front desk goes above and beyond for that office.
