  A small boutique flowers & gifts shop located on Seacoast Drive in Imperial Beach, CA just 2 blocks from Palm Avenue.
  
  Many items are on display outside during business hours, to include some beach toys for kids going to the beach.
  
  Delivery of flowers & gifts is available, please check on delivery area options before placing your order. Just ask inside if they can Special Order for your needs.
  
  The negative reviews on this business arose from a person taking the parking space all day in front of the boutique, which has no parking lot. The space is needed for delivery drivers, and inventory deliveries.
  
  The unreasonable person would not offer to move to other nearby empty spaces a few hours later, and became irate at the peaceful suggestion.
  
  I have known Carmen for at least 25 years since she worked in Elementray School after school kids programs. Many of her customers were kids in her program years ago.

  These two sisters are fabulous! Carmen and Marcia Always going above and beyond for their customers. They have beautiful fresh flowers ????,potted plants, yummy pastries, adorable crafts, jewelry and more! A perfect place for that special occasion ❤️

Carmen and her sister, who both work there Due to problems with FYF D'bella was not given then correct date, I canceled the flowers. However, D'bella showered up at 8:45pm on the date given.
