  Over a year ago being 21 years old, I had a right total-hip replacement. It was such a struggle for me to walk around that I was feeling pretty helpless at the time. Honestly, I thought I wouldn’t walk the same because of my replacement. I felt like I wasn’t going to recover.
  However, all that changed once going here. Of course I was assign to go here but I am glad that I came here.
  Once being at La Mesa Physical Therapy I started to feel hopeful again. This place was amazing. What made it so amazing for me was the physical therapists and the staff.
  Everyone is so patience, caring and, helpful. They care for your health and recovery. Everyone here are there to help YOU. Many of the staff will work with you one on one.
  Joe, my former physical therapist at La Mesa Physical Therapy, was such a pleasure to work with. Everyone there really help me recover.
  Today, after being there, I am able to do the things I was able to do before. In fact, I forget that I have a total-hip replacement. It took time but I made it through. All thanks to everyone at La Mesa Physical Therapy. 110% recommend.

  I thoroughly enjoy being here. I'm recovering from a car accident, and Joe, Ivan, and Sean have taken good care of me, through and through. Joe has helped immensely with massaging out knotted muscles, and Ivan and Sean both keep good conversation. I especially appreciate Ivan because he walks me through each stretch and asks how I feel and if I have pain, and that kind of one-on-one treatment makes me feel welcome. I highly recommend anyone to come here for therapy. Recovery is more than just fixing muscles and tendons and bones. It's having a good team to help you rebuild your strength and confidence also.

  La Mesa Physical Therapy is the best. Everyone (staff and office management) is very friendly and upbeat. I had PT for the same problem with a different physical therapist years ago. This time I felt that people really knew there business within a few weeks. I was feeling better and within two months I was a new person. If I ever need PT again I will request La Mesa Physical Therapy.

  Amy and the guys are amazing, very knowledgeable and kind and they make me feel very comfortable. They work with me when my schedule was hectic. Thank you so much for everything you guys did, hopefully i can come back to continue therapy.

  Everyone here are the best. Amy has helped me after my knee replacement surgery when I didn't think I would be pain free and mobility and am there now. She is very good and thorough with my care. Plus the rest of the staff are the best. I enjoy talking to Sammy and especially Ivan about cooking. They make my day/week. I highly recommend La Mesa Physical Therapy.
