Very clean. My daughter found what she needed, with the help of the staff.

It's a huge store, lots of clothes and sizes to pick from.. Easy to notice when inside the mall. My complaints are that customer service is hit or miss. I've had some great experiences with the sales staff, other times it's been awful and I'm ignored or rushed. I like the layout of the store and it's close to my house so I get online orders sent here. Overall it's a good store.

Love this store! Sales rep girls are always great helping me find my right size and offering options I may like, including the store manager Yahaira, who has always been very kind, understanding and helpful. Everytime I come to Plaza Bonita shop I leave with big full bags and a delighted heart!

Amazingly had great customer service recently. It was excellent. I stopped shopping at this location because of a few of their employees (would otherwise be 5 stars). I hope those particular employees have been fired or quit.
