  This location has the most amazing veterinary staff. Dr. Rodriguez and Caitlin treated my cat with the utmost care and were so genuinely kind. I always appreciate a doctor that hears my concerns and gives honest feedback, so I know I can trust them when bringing in my other pets in the future and will be happy to do so! I highly recommend them. My cat Salem thanks the whole staff here, you ladies make his stressful visits much easier!

  Our Vet was Melissa (I believe last name Rodriguez) and I wish I remembered all the names of the staff but everyone was absolutely incredible. We had to come in because my elderly cat was dying and it was a very sensitive appointment, but everyone was so kind, patient, and compassionate. The entire appointment was emotionally draining and sad but having the support of the staff and seeing how they loved my cat like she was their own really put me at ease. I’m so grateful for Vetco. Thank you everyone.

  Dr. Rodriguez is an awesome vet. My dog Maddie is always so calm when we walk into the Vet office. The staff is amazing! You know you have found the perfect team when your dog lays here head on the Vet Tech (Caitlyn) lap. I will continue to drive all the way to Vista so Maddie can see Dr. Rodriguez, Anita, and her awesome team. Thank you for always taking such great care of my Maddie.

  This might be the greatest pet clinic I have ever used! It was my first visit and as soon as I arrived, my dog and I were checked in and escorted to an exam room. The staff and Dr. Rodriguez were incredibly friendly and helpful. They listened and provided great suggestions. You could tell they love animals. There was no hard sell and they offered a $25 coupon for my first visit. Even without that, I felt the prices were quite reasonable. I was out in less than 45 minutes but I did not feel the least bit rushed. (For a first visit that might be a record.) What made the visit really special though, was the personnel. THANK YOU!

  The staff at this location were amazing! We have been Thrive/Vetco customers for over a year at another location and were never impressed with the bedside manner or service. Our visit to this location renewed our confidence in the Vetco team. Everyone we encountered from the front desk employee, the vet techs and the veterinarian, showed genuine care and concern for our pup. They explained the issue and solutions and acted quickly to take care of our sweet girl. Thank you!
