I saved a lot of money by buying it on Easy Spa Parts and installing it myself. Phil gave me good advice on the installation and whether it was something an individual with plumbing and electrical experience could do. Very much appreciated.

Last error message was fixed over the phone at no additional cost. Now I am going to order and replace my OZONE unit. This saves me money and I get to learn in the process. They pick up the phone when you call and they walk you through the diagnostic work up. I love this company. Highly recommended. Thank you.

(June 14, 2018, 3:53 pm)My 2010 D1 Amore Bay hot tub has been out of warranty for several years. Phil and Dennis have been great to deal with and keep my hot tub up and running. Last week Dennis talked me through component level testing and we determined the water feature pump is indeed bad, who else could do this? These two put the "Easy" in spa parts. I cannot thank you two enough.
