I had several new and old puppy pee stains that could not be taken out from "old school" traditional steam cleaning guy last year (it worked at first until it dried and came back), so I wanted to try a Chem-Dry franchise to see if they could do it, especially since I had out of town family coming in Friday.
I called Tuesday for an appointment, and they came out first thing Wednesday morning at 8am sharp. Brian is experienced inn the industry and explained how much better their patented less-water approach with company-produced chemical treatment, along with the new type of equipment and method was compared to traditional steam cleaning and ZeroRez.
I noticed that he took his time with cleaning our carpets, much longer than the 2 young guys that came in from ZeroRez who quickly cleaned our carpets 2 years ago. The carpets were slightly damp but dried out by the evening with the windows open. I was dreading the dog pee spots "coming back", but it's still clear 2 days later!
