I didn’t need to do anything more than showing up to his office and following his instructions providing him with documentation and my story. I would recommend this lawyer and team to anyone in legal representation needs.

(November 29, 2016, 9:26 pm)Richard's information was passed on to my wife from a couple of friends and cyclists in the San Diego area. I was in the hospital after being involved in a serious cycling accident, and neither my wife nor I had any idea what to do next. We all met shortly after I was released from the hospital and well enough to get around. The first thing that I noticed about Richard was that he seemed to be genuinely concerned about my health and well being, and all around just a really nice and caring guy. Secondly, Richard walked me through what was ahead, what we needed to do/not to do, and set realistic expectations. Richard immediately help put us at ease as he is a cycling enthusiast himself, and seemed to be very competent with the law as it applies to accidents with cyclists. I believe with Richards knowledge and expertise we were able to come to a fair settlement before going to court. The results that Richard was able to get exceeded my expectations. I feel like after this past year Richard is not just my lawyer, but we have become friends as well. Cheers, happy & safe cycling.

He has literally saved people’s lives from years of legal issues and extreme financial burdens. Dealing with the legal system is very complicated and difficult. But Richard takes care of all the stress for you and he makes you feel like family. You’ll know what I mean the moment you meet him. He is absolutely worth the visit and your trust.
