One of the very few places in Oceanside that removed my acrylic nail set without yanking the nails right off my fingers. I’ve had horrible experiences in other nails bars where the nail tech takes my acrylics off with another nail and does a lot of damage to my real nail. I was bracing myself for a similar experience at Unique Nail Bar, but when it came time to remove my acrylic set the nail tech took her time to soak my nails and remove them without damaging my nail or hurting me.

If you need to have acrylic nails removed, I would recommend coming here! The removal was painless. I also did a gel manicure afterward and none of my finger nails were chipped or broken in the process. I would recommend this place for simple manicures as well.

I wanted some fun nails for an upcoming vacation so I showed up with a reference pic and they did the rest — they were very helpful and thorough in picking out the colors and even painted the base color on their nails to make sure it was the perfect match!

This place is unlike almost every nail salon I have visited in the past 20 years. It is open and spacious. The decor is modern. My nail tech is Vicky and I absolutely love how she treats my hands. She has never cut me and I've been going to her for 5 months now. Whether you want a simple design or something a little more intricate, she is always up for the challenge!
