  From the moment I saw Island Club Apartments I felt at home. The atmosphere is comfortable and super friendly. Every person I came in contact with from Molly at the leasing office to the maintenance team, were all so nice and helpful. I love the apartment itself with the new hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. A perfect and affordable apartment complex to live in!

  Overall living here has been a pretty good experience! Everyone is super nice, I love my little one bdrm apartment, maintenance I do have to say is awesome. They’re so nice! Everyone at the leasing office is cool too!
  
  The cons here definitely don’t out weigh the pro. I feel safe here which is super important to me! As a lot of other complexes are a bit sketchy around here for a cheaper price. But I don’t like how much you have to pay for parking. It’s a little ridiculous in my opinion. I believe every unit should get at least one carport that is included in the rent and if they want another one they will have to pay extra. I also don’t like having to pay an extra $46 just to pay my rent.. it was $40. Why it increased to $46, I have no idea. I also just recently had run into an incident where I was almost towed (thank god i wasn’t) and was left a not on my car saying my carport was rented out to a new resident. I was confused and upset. I went to the leasing office and they told me they have no record of me parking there. Which I don’t know how that could be. When I had went in an changed my carport to that one. They told me I never changed it from my old one. Which was confusing to me because they are very tow happy here! And I had been parking in that carport for almost a year and they’re telling me they have no record. But I just gave them the benefit of the doubt and parked back in my old carport.

  I'm really loving our new apartment. It has beautiful wood floors and stainless steel appliances which give it a very modern feel. We were really happy with the whole leasing process and were treated kindly. The community of people is very nice and peaceful. I'd definitely recommend living here.

  This place is pretty sweet. The office workers were very helpful throughout the whole process of leasing (shout out to Molly) and the area looks nice. I like the smart locks and nicer appliances, as well as the close proximity to one of their pools and gym. Every place I looked into that was as nice as this one was going to be $200+ more so I'm glad that I found this place.

  So far me and my boyfriend have loved living in the island apartments!! The staff is very friendly and super helpful! They make you feel at home before you’ve even moved in. The housing is very cute and spacious and very affordable! They are pet friendly and it’s so nice seeing animals walking around all the time. It’s such a happy community and everything is nearby. I definitely reccomend you check them out!
