By far the "BEST" place to take your vehicle to for any repair! I have a 2022 Corvette and wanted to do some up grades to. Diana put everything in writing and what I'm always quoted it what I pay. Thanks Scott and Diana for the Awesome service you provide! My Corvette goes nowhere but here!

I took my mini van in because it started acting really weird, shaking a bit while parked and idling. We’re about to move cross country with two small kids, so urgency in repair was needed. From the moment I walked in, I received excellent customer service and felt heard, not dismissed like previous experiences with car repair shops.

They fixed my car in one day (bad alternator!), changed the oil and rotated the tires. My E-brake was also acting up so they inspected that but found nothing wrong. Westcoast Auto Service also gives a military discount!

If we weren’t moving I’d definitely go back for routine oil changes as well as for any other maintenance or mechanical issue. They are top notch!

These guys are really honest and AWESOME. Last visit I brought my van in for a new front wheel drive axle. Diana quoted me a price to fix it. I agreed to the price with no reservations and told them to do the repairs. When I picked it up, it turns out she made an honest mistake on the quote (she quoted me the price to fix the other side which is significantly more difficult to replace, and yes I know for sure it is) and it it was actually going to cost me about $150 LESS IN PARTS AND LABOR THAN I ORIGINALLY AGREED TO PAY! "$150 LESS" I'm 50 years old and have NEVER had a shop tell me it's less than we told you after I already agreed to pay a certain price. And to top it off, the mechanics sat and talked to me for a few mins, in depth, about some repairs I need done to another car we own while ONLY showing them pictures I took of the underside of a Mustang GT. These guys are the best hands down.

I had come to this shop before when my battery needed a warranty replacement and they did it for me at no cost. So when my engine started acting up I came back for a diagnostic. They got me going with a spark plug replacement and got me on the road with the least amount of work done - aka NO crazy upselling or trying to convince me to buy parts I didn't need. Not only that, but Diana at the front desk went the extra mile after I had paid and left to get my old spark plug kit covered by warranty and is giving me the money! AMAZING. SERVICE.

Long time customer. Sent my daughter over today with a nail in her tire. Repaired the tire and had her back on the road in no time, no charge……. That just doesn’t happen any more. Thanks so much!!
