They are very caring at Turning Point making sure you have some place to go after your stay. The only thing that I didn't like was that for the two weeks I was there, the doctor only talked to me once. I wish I could have talked to him a second time to up my anti - depressant back to the amount I was on when I arrived, but he said he wasn't going to adjust my medications anymore. I still feel sorta out of it and not myself, but it was a great stay nonetheless and I do have a Dr's appt this week. Many thanks to Cary for watching out for me and making sure I had some place to go afterwards. They will also take you to Dr's appts, get your EBT card, and various other locales if need be after putting in a pass.

Do watch out for things getting stolen. My brand new $9 bottle of men's body wash was stolen as were my SkullCandy earbuds. Not staff's fault at all, but just a warning to put things away and don't let them sit out where they're visible. We're all sick in our own way.

Many thanks go out to David, Ivan and all the gals that work there. They treated me with respect and didn't look down upon me when I was in a rough spot.

So, I stayed here for a few weeks back in 2016, and they're really good, helpful people. They go above and beyond to get you the help you need, and I'm grateful that they were so patient with me.

In February 2020 I ended up being sent her by a hospital I was in, and even though they couldn't take me in because the hospital neglected to tell them they were sending me, they let me stay in the lobby until someone came and picked me up. So I'm glad they're still good people.

After going through a severe bout with depression and substance use turning point welcomed me in for the 2nd time in a 12 month period. I left turning point 7 months ago and I’ve been doing well ever since. The counselors especially Erica, Kirsten, Maria and another girl I forget her name we’re very helpful. I stopped by the other day to thank them and let them know I was ok but it looks like they no longer work there. I hope the new staff is just as helpful and loving.
