Thank you Life Skills for changing my life! It pretty much expedites the healing and growing process of any kind of hurt from the past and present. I saw major differences in myself in 3 months. I recommend it to everyone!! It's worth the time and money. It is the most inexpensive emotional health resource I have ever been a part of. I have been taking classes for 2 years now and I'm still continuing because the content and tools are so great.
