The property managers and staff are very kind and efficient, and they quickly respond to any questions one might have. They immediately take care of maintenance requests, and make it obvious that they care about their tenants and their needs. I’m very impressed with the professional manner in which they conduct their business. I’m selling my house and it’s been a long time since I leased a house. It’s wonderful to know I’m in good hands, and it’s a pleasure to work with them regarding my rental home. It’s clear to me that they are knowledgeable and experienced realtors, as well. MJN Real Estate did everything in their power to make my home buying and selling experience as painless as possible and yes I had to sale my house to purchase my next house which can be complicated but they lined it up perfectly. The same day I moved out of my old house I was moving into my new house.

They even took care of some issues I was having with my HOA trying to get required paperwork. Most documents were done through DocuSign so I was able to complete almost all of my paperwork via my phone.

They even followed up with us after our purchase was complete. They were transparent in all fees and worked closely with my lender to insure everything fell into place perfectly.

They treat you like a friend and work hard for you! They did an excellent open house, no lazy agents glued to their phone, but people actively answering questions and doing their best to sale your home.
