I hadn't heard much about this place but I decided to try it and everyone I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. If I had any questions about the exam or anything else after like buying glasses and what my insurance covers they were able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an exam in the area. I love the glasses and sunglasses I chose. I tried on so many and they helped me choose too. For someone like me that's really great. Thanks again!
I love my new glasses! The ladies Heather, Lisa and Dr. Cervantes are all wonderfully nice and funny. From my first visit and even to picking up my glasses yesterday they always have smiles and cracking jokes. They are breath of fresh air from my last optometrist place.
I highly recommend them.
Knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their patients. The lab had a delay with getting my sunglasses back and I was in a time crunch because I was moving out of town. Heather called and they were able to get my glasses to me in time. Would definitely recommend this place.
The Doctor is great, of course, but she's surrounded herself with an outstanding, helpful and friendly staff. Especially Heather. Heather is the best. Did I mention how good Heather is? She picks the right frames, navigates my insurance, orders all my glasses and then always fixes them when I come in. I like Heather.
