I contacted Nick in the morning about scheduling a couch cleaning and he came the same afternoon!
Nick is beyond professional and pleasant, he informed me of the entire process, and proceeded to make my very dirty couch look new!
He took care of the rugs and flooring surrounding my couch, he took his time, and showed me some areas of before and after so I could see the color difference.
I will absolutely use Nick again, and refer him to anyone needing any type of carpet or upholstery cleaning.
I chose this company based off of the reviews and stars, and I see now why he has the best rating. Do yourself a favor and choose this company, you will not be disappointed!

Let me begin by pointing out that these Elite gentlemen, Nicholas and Julian, were extremely friendly, helpful, and certainly willing to get my requested assignment completed quickly and properly. They’re capacity to be helpful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient, was only matched by they’re eagerness to be respectful and polite. Frankly it was they’re most endearing quality out of what turned out to be many.

My wife, our dog Cosmo and I, stepped away so that the men could do their magic. When we went back (and not much later) to take a look at the finished product, my mouth dropped open. It was hard to imagine these were the same floors. What was once filthy, grey, stained and grimy were transformed to shiny, clean, white and odor free ceramic floors!! Wonderful!

As for pricing, I couldn’t have been happier. After all of the things we had to go through; before, during and after our move from New York City, with various and sundry vendors, it was refreshing to find a team like these Elite men to perform a service at an extraordinary reasonable price: without gouging, errors and significant add-on expenses. In fact, I have more of the same and I can’t think of another company I would reach out to.

Kudos to you, Nicholas and Julian. And kudos to anyone who chooses them for any flooring needs. Like Nicholas told me, he can clean anything that comes in contact with your feet! He wasn’t kidding.

All Elite Carpet Cleaning (formerly SNK) was amazing! Extremely professional. In fact, really helped to organize me so I could have my wool area rug cleaned. All Elite, very polite and punctual. I had a wool area rug in my place of business since 2008, and it had not yet been cleaned. I was moving my current shop, Moonshine Magic, to a new location and needed to have the area rug cleaned before I put furnishings back on. Living in Julian CA, it is not so easy to have services come up here for needed work. They happily came up from Ramona CA, and were very efficient. All Elite took special care and pride in getting my area rug very clean and beautiful! I highly recommend them! I would not hesitate to use them again!
