  Jera is awesome! I was in a car accident and it messed up my back. After seeing her for a few sessions and keeping up with my homework I was feeling great. She offers a boutique concierge level of service to physical therapy where your treatment is not rushed and she takes the time to educate you. I would highly recommend Jera. She is very experienced and talented.

  Jera has moved to Rancho Bernardo—- it’s a great location, plenty of parking and very accessible. Her new office is spacious and stunning. Love it.
  
  Sprained my knee and she worked her magic. Yes, “magic” walked out feeling 60% better. Swelling has gone down. Expect to make a speedy recovery. Highly recommend to Poway and Rancho Bernardo community. Her physical therapy work is magical and she is a rare talent. Go see Jera!

  "I am a physical therapist in Arizona and have a long time friend living in San Diego that had undergone a lumbar surgery with poor results, could not stand up straight, had great difficulty with any normal activity at home due to intense pain in the low back and lower extremities. At approximately a year following surgery with his condition getting worse, his MD suggested a spinal implant for pain.
  
  As we talked, I told him to look for a qualified manual physical therapist in the San Diego area prior to consenting to further surgery and it was his great fortune to find Jera.   Jera helped me successfully return to running after being side-lined for over 2 years with an overuse injury & history of related injuries.   I cannot say enough good things about jera.
  She is not only a great person.” She is a well studied, extremely knowledgeable therapist who is always looking to grow. Even with all the skill she has she keeps up with her education. She is confident in her skill and her PT community that she will refer you someone if for some reason you cannot See her.
  
  She knows CFMT which is gold to me! If you’ve ever been to PT and thought, they don’t treat me, do exercises with me, or felt like it did nothing then google therapist that does cfmt or call and find out if someone has the skill at your preferred clinic or better yet just go see jera.
  
  She has helped me so much. From getting my upper back unstuck to helping unlock my diaphragm to some pelvic stability, my neck... she’s been a huge help in getting my body back in working order whenever it gets thrown out of whack.
  
  A testament to her value to me and my belief in her skill.. She moved offices further out and I’ll still drive to see her. I loathe going further than 15 mind anywhere and traffic so it’s a huge deal for me to travel further!!
  
  And lastly she is independent but can take insurance as well. You can see her or any private practice PT without a script from a doc.
  Trust me, a few visits with her are more valuable and helpful than 10 visits to the average PT. She treats the body as a whole system rather than in sections.
  
  So if you’ve had surgery, feel somethings wrong with you physically, in pain go see Jera!!!

  I swear by Jera! Ive had a few different problems throughout the years and shes fixed me up better then anyone. Shes the only one i trust with my back, and I recommend her to anyone in some sort of physical pain. I do not perfer to be loaded up with pain meds and "wait and see" like most Dr.s do. Jera has always located the cause of the problem, and helped me work through it always less then a week tops I am pain free.
