  We a bought house and recently moved in, and when I was trying to use the oven we've noticed that the temperature wasn't consistent enough and sometimes it was really tough even to turn it on! Thankfully, we had their tech, I believe his name was Paul, pretty fast he figured out what was the issue and even showed us the damaged inner parts.. Ultimately we decided to get it fixed and Paul did a really great work restoring our oven functionality. Thanks for your help.

  Sergio was incredible! Our Samsung dryer is working again! I can't say enough about how easy it was to get an appointment set up and how great the service was. Will certainly be referring him to others. I also appreciate that they do accept credit cards.
