  Sharon helped us navigate through the purchase of our first home.It's been an absolute delight working with her.I would definitely recommend her on following basis :
  
  1) She is very responsive.She always made herself available for checking out the selected MLS listing as per our time convenience (including the weekends).I found the same with the offer letters ,too.She is very quick with the offer letters and very professional with drafting the cover letters.You are pretty much assured of the offer being 'accepted'.
  
  She really takes time out to understand our requirements and preferences.And,at many occasions she has sent us emails with filtered MLS listing, apart from the ones that regular comes in the email.
  
  2) She is extremely knowledgeable about the process.She is also very knowledgeable about home improvements,so when looking at homes she was able to tell us how much it cost or whether it's even possible to change it at first place.
  
  3) All the documents involved in the process are well explained by her.She literally went through sentence by sentence with the offer letter to make sure we had complete understandability on the process.
  
  4) She is extremely patient and understanding.We have seen many condos with her in past year and half , and never in this entire process she has pushed us with any condos.She genuinely wants you to be in a house that you love
  
  5)She is excellent with her follow-ups.E-mail sent at 11:30 PM will have a reply in no time.She is very hard working woman.
  
  6) She is action oriented.She gets the ball rolling from the moment you tell her to start with an offer.She will call listing agents to find out if there are other offers on the table and she will work with them to get your offer accepted.There is no waste of time or delays from her side.
  
  7) She is an experienced agent with excellent negotiating skills.You can be assured that she will get the best property at a fair price.
  
  8) She is very caring and pleasant person to work with.She made sure that we were not over whelmed with purchase process and always comforted us when the need be.
