  These guys are absolutely wonderful! The staff is friendly and efficient. They have your car done when they say they will, and keep you posted every step of the way. We don't take our cars anywhere else but here! They have helped us with countless tire problems and don't try and scam us like other places have tried to do. They are honest and hard working. Highly recommend!!

  Well, the FIRST time I went on Wednesday, I made an appointment because I have an extremely busy schedule. I advised them all of the tires seemed to be leaking air and asked that they all be checked. They checked ONE, which had a nail in it. But! Someone there wasn't listening. And my age must be starting to show as it was all young kids, and I felt like I was rushed through. Three days later, one of my tires was flat, so back to the store I went. THANK GOODNESS for Rob Rector, because he checked AND repaired the other 3 tires. Otherwise, I probably would NOT have gone back to that store. Allen was super nice too in our interactions.

  The store in Southlands is amazing. They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customer's. Also wanted to call out Rob with his great skill of customer service and support

  Wonderful customer service. I had tires ordered in, and also price matched to another retailer, no problem. Appointment scheduling process was easy online, and received amazing customer service from Austin in the store. Took great care of my tire install on a set of new rims, and also getting my spare swapped out for a right-sized tire I brought in myself. I could not have asked for any better from your store. Austin is a wonderful ambassador of your brand, kudos to him and you.

  Update from review about 2 years ago...: this place is under new management. I would like to give a special shout out to Shawn the assistant manager at this location. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and takes care of me every time I come. The entire staff is efficient and professional. Will not go anywhere else as long as Shawn is there. Great representative of the company, he is top notch A++++. He is the gold standard of what personalized exceptional service should be. Can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Shawn!!!
