  My friend and I went to Koi Zen for the first time Wednesday evening. What a hidden GEM in Carmel Mountain Ranch.
  
  A lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The tasting was a treat. I enjoyed all five wines. The cheese plate delicious. A bonus, Wednesday is bingo night. We had so much fun and will revisit Koi Zen soon.

  I always enjoy going to Koi Zen it is a great place in the nearby community to meet with friends and enjoy some really good wines.

  A wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They informed us of the winery's history and told us of the various happenings. They we're not pushy and did not mention the wine club. The interior is beautifully decorated in simple rustic, zen. We met the wine maker and he welcomed us to their tasting room. We plan to return soon to see what they are like when they are busier.

  Koi Zen Cellars is a great gem in Carmel Mountain! Local husband and wife owners, very friendly, making wine where you'd least expect it as an urban winery. The tasting room has recently expanded providing event space, live music and a wonderful environment to meet friends and unwind. The wine is fantastic, and they offer many classes to help you learn more about it. They feature local artists on the walls, support local charities and community interests. We've been going here for a couple years now, and love it!
