Thank you to Denise Ilescas, dining room supervisor, for your amazing hard work ensuring meals were prepared in a timely Fashion. Which were some of the best prepared dishes made.
Support staff; are some of the best in your industry. Especially your CNAs, Nursing, Physical and Occupational staff.
Including
Social services, and administrative personnel who were especially, orientated to determining the best outcome to my Specific recovery.

I appreciate the consistent communication and diligent work of the staff especially when dealing with the Social Services team, Sam and Alisa. Overall the experiences I’ve had have been great and I would absolutely recommend this facility!

I am dealt with the upmost professionalism from Sam and Alisa in Social Services. They are knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.
I highly recommend Brookdale Carmel Valley. This is where I would bring my parents. -

She had surgery at UCSD and they wanted her to have skilled nursing for 5 weeks. Today I picked her up and goodbyes were shared with hugs.
