My adult acne is clearing, the physical symptoms of my menstrual cycle are so much easier to deal with, and I'm losing some weight (due to Birgit's recommended diet changes and exercise). Birgit will tell you what you need to do and why, outlining it all for you in a way that is easy to understand (unlike most doctors) and entirely customizable to your personal needs.
Birgit Witherspoon is one of the kindest and most personable people you will ever meet and is so intuitive to each individual patient's needs. She is truly amazing, and I highly recommend her and b balanced to anyone who wants to see results. As long as you follow her recommendations, you will definitely see improvements. -

Because of her amazing intuitive abilities and kind care she was able to help me feel better than I have for as long as I can remember. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel cared for and feel comfortable in the process of healing both physically and mentally. Her process of teaching you what your body needs with diet and supplements as well as what you body needs to avoid has been invaluable to me. No guessing games when you body speaks. I do recommend her to everyone and anyone I know. Can not thank you enough Birgit!!!!!!!!

With her help over the last 2 years, i totally changed my diet and significantly reduced the amount of medication required to keep my hyperthyroid under control. She is so skillful with the use of nutritional supplements to keep me healthy and feeling great
