  It's been almost a year since we moved into a property handled by Sunset Property Management. I admit, after some fairly bad experiences with renting, I approached it cautiously. Nate made the whole leasing process fairly smooth and almost friendly! Nate and the team are very responsive and I was relieved when he also announced that we could deal with everything through the tenant portal. It is so easy. If we have to move, I would definitely be happy to deal with them again :)

  The move-in process was a breeze! Sunset Property Management has been extremely responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property management company!

  Andrew and his staff have been great since I hired them back in 2016. They are quick to reply with clear answers to any questions.
  
  I was moving overseas again so I did lots of research and reading of reviews to find the right management company. I chose Sunset after speaking with several companies. It became clear that Andrew's team would suit my needs best. He was the only owner I spoke with and he never pushed his company on me. I was also thrilled to see that he chooses to only manage properties within a certain radius of his office. This way they've been able to respond quickly to any of my tenants needs.

  Been with Sunset Property Management Realty for over five years, I’m very happy I chose them to manage my property. They are responsible and trustworthy, and everyone I work with from the office is always very helpful...especially the owner Andrew. Every time I have any questions he is always there for me. We are very thankful for everything! For anyone looking for a property management company, this company should be their #1 choice!

  Lived here for 4 years and had a fantastic experience with Eric, Allen, and the Sunset Property Management and Realty team. They were always expeditious with repair and maintenance. The online portal system is intuitive and makes building communication and repair requests painless.
