We are visiting San Diego and a local friend recommended Estaban for a much needed haircut. I was very pleased with my cut, beard trim and shave. Estaban took time to make sure he knew what I wanted, made some recommendations and provided one of the best cuts I've had in a while. His beard trim and shave were outstanding. If you have not experienced a professional shave, I highly recommend Estaban! I'm already booked for a cut and shave before I depart San Diego!

First off this place is awesome. Honestly a little more pricey than I usually get, but we'll worth it. Free beverage of your choice. From bourbon to beer. Then the best haircut I've ever gotten for the price. Annie is amazing and the only barber I've ever really had a conversation with. Free hairwash with the haircut. Then I pay and finish my drink and I've never felt rushed to leave or anything. Love this place. I'll be coming back for years.

Nicole does incredible work with her clients. She gives you exactly what you ask for and the tightest skin fade I’ve ever had. I also love the environment as a non-binary person because it is so welcoming and affirming of all genders and the atmosphere is so comfortable compared to many other barber shops I’ve been too. I would absolutely recommend Brightside Barber and Nicole to anyone looking for the best cut and experience.
