I made a service call on December 30, carlos, technician, came took a look at the problem. He tried to find the way not to replace whole unit that way we can save some money. Since the unit is pretty old, he recommended me to change the whole thing. Next day he came back on time and installed in a timely manner. After he installed the unit, he tested many many time if the panic bar work properly.
Very good customer service.
Price not cheapest but not expensive at all.
If you think about his customer service quality, it actually cheap.
Highly recommended.

This place was very professional from beginning to end. I was impressed from the first phone call. I needed 2 keys made for a vintage Chevrolet Corvette. I came in to have the keys identified and ordered, because they did not have the key in stock.

The parts came in very quickly, and I came down to get my keys made. I brought the car with me, and the manager confirmed key compatibility by checking each one on the car.

The entire procedure was easy and straightforward in every way. KUDOS to the company. I'll come back again and again with my key needs.

I was referred to A-Advanced Locksmiths by another business in the area that could not help me with my project. I arrived there without an appointment and was greeted by a very nice gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember but will never forget how extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful he was.

Went to get a key made for an old truck's door lock cylinder, with no original key. They quoted me only $50 which seemed more than reasonable. They ended up having to get a whole new cylinder and then still keyed it to the old cylinder for me, and never asked for a penny more than they quoted. I am more than happy and wish other businesses would conduct themselves like A-Advanced!! Thank you again!

Very pleasant staff and competent. I needed 8 office locks to be re-keyed and they were very diligent and great to work with. I brought the cylinders to their office and they worked efficiently to provide the locks that worked with a master key and went the extra mile to meet additional specifications I provided.
