Had an issue where part of the house had no electricity and the breaker wasn't tripped. Joe from Carter Electric was extremely knowledgable, troubleshoot the issue quickly, resolve and provide recommendations. Company was able to fit into my schedule and on time visit was experienced. I would highly recommend this company for your home electrical needs.

I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem.
