  I received a text before Rudy Vasquez came out. A very pleasant text message identifying who was coming and provided a brief bio of Rudy. This made a world of difference to me! We are off to a great start, and it kept getting better and better!

  I was so impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy. They were able to come out in 12hrs for no rush charge, they called a half hour before arrival, sent me a text as well with a small bio on the technician in advance. Extremely courtesy technician wore shoes covers and a mask the whole time but I had no problems understanding him as he spoke very clearly. We had a pleasant chat as he worked and I learned that they will send the same technician out to the same house next time so you get to know them. He seemed so happy with his job it was spoke well for the way they must treat their employees. He took the time to look at another pipe I was told I needed to replace by a house inspector. He went under the house and is having the office contact me to schedule an installer to come give me a quote. But the whole appointment was quite fast! Most pleasant experience with a plumber ever.

  My plumbing technician was phenomenal. I was worried about the repair. She fixed it quickly and efficiently. She fixed it at a reasonable cost, and was extremely personable! I’ve used Andersen before and was just as pleased. I recommend Andersen Plumbing and specifically Kristina for any plumbing issues!

  As part of Anderson’s comprehensive home maintenance program, I was delighted to have them call and schedule a checkup of my water heater. This is part of their service after the sale that helps to set Anderson apart from the others.
  The technician came by on schedule and Preventively serviced my water Heater and explained how to help it last as long as possible. Offered No pressure to make any Upgrades but gave me options to consider if we wanted to improve our water quality.
  I think I made an excellent decision to go with Anderson when we installed our AC system. I’m confident they will take care of us for years to come.
