Charges a $45 convenience fee to pay electronically, heating system on blows sufficient air outwards around the main heater system. other wise the complex has been ok to live. very quiet

I’ve been living at Olympus Team Ranch for a year, and I love it! Great management, really nice apartments, maintenance is quick to take care of things if needed, and the place is kept up beautifully!
Amenities galore, so something for everyone. I feel very safe here as well. I’ve worked mostly w Kirsten and she goes above and beyond. Regan and Megan both are super nice as well, and are quick to take care of things. I plan to stay here for a very long time! 😊

My mother and I love Olympus! It's a lovely place. Our favorite part is Megan W. We love her. She has been there all along . . . always kind and willing to help us. Megan is what makes Olympus home! She is regal inside and out!

This place is great. Sure its a little run down and cluttered. It has personality, something no 7-11 could boast. Need a a few nails, screws or hardware supplies? Need some bleach and a candy bar. This place has it all, packed in tight. The owner is very friendly and helpful. This is the last of a dying breed of neighborhood grocery stores. Support it , and enjoy its quirks while its here.

Love having this place when we're just beat tired and can't ourselves to drive anywhere. Furthermore; this owner is great and has been for YEARS (and his brother before him). I forgot my wallet at the market one day, it took me over a week to figure out where I left it. He had it ready for me with all the money and everything still inside.
