  Brian (Zach) is awesome to dive with—knowledgeable, helpful, and tons of fun. We rented equipment and it worked well and fit great. Diving in La Jolla Cove was incredible, the kelp forest were otherworldly and sea lions played around and followed us while we dove. From start to finish, our experience was incredible????

  We had a great time diving with Ken today. He is so friendly and made me feel safe all the time. We saw a sea star, two leopard sharks, several lobsters and tons of fish. Great company, highly recommend!

  Great diving experience. (Brian) Zach was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and outgoing. He knew all the best spots to take us, and we saw so much sea life (thankfully we had ideal visibility & swell conditions too). I have dived in Bali and Thailand, and was very impressed with diving in La Jolla kelp forests and sea caves. I highly recommend the two tank package. Also, the rental equipment was clean, high quality, and comfortable if you do not own your gear. Would definitely book again with Zach's Scuba Shack. Thanks again!

  Did 2 tank dives with Brian and had a great experience. I had only gone diving in tropical locations in the past and Brian was great at orienting me to all the gear and local waters. We saw some beautiful marine life and had a great time. Brian was fun, knowledgeable and laid back and provided photos and video free of charge. Would definitely recommend diving with Zach's Scuba Shack.

  Did a 2 tank dive with Brian and it was a great time. I have been scuba diving in many tropical places and I knew this was not going to be the same as Southeast Asia. However I still wanted to see the unique underwater life of San Diego. Brian led a great dive and took videos and pics of the dive as well. The sea lions are a lot of fun to watch and kelp forests are pretty cool as well. I was warm throughout the dive as well thanks to the great gear rental. I highly recommend diving with these guys. Best price in La Jolla.
