(December 3, 2012, 6:15 pm)I had a wonderful experience with Windansea Pilates. They really care about their clients and making them healthy and whole in all aspects of life. I learned a few tips on how to reduce stress and find inner peace. Zoe the owner also coached me on having a passion in life unrelated to work. I now took up cycling which is my new passion and I've never felt healthier. I definitely recommend Windansea Pilates to anyone that wants to improve their overall health.
