  I have eaten here many times, while staying at the hotel or just getting food to-go. I have some favorites that keep me coming back.
  
  The Torreyana Burger is excellent. And, adding the Truffle Fries is so worth the extra charge. They are amazing. The Flourless Chocolate Cake is dreamy. I actually do not recommend the Bisque.
  
  It is definitely expensive, but feels worth it. Especially when you can sit and gaze at the ocean!
  
  They have gotten our to-go order wrong three times recently (thus the four stars). But, I definitely recommend giving it a try if you are in the area.

  Absolutely delish superfood salad with wheatgrass vinaigrette and salmon. ????????

  On a business trip to San Diego, the Grille prepared a wonderful meal for myself and my traveling companion. The Filet was tender and perfectly seared as were the Asparagus Spears. My companions Seafood Pasta was good (not great) as it was missing a distinctive flavor, expecting a balance of tart and sweet which was missing.
  
  The Tres Leches cake was a fair American attempt at replicating the delicious Mexican cake.
  
  I will be back to try again.

  Just returned from vacationing in San Diego. With that being said, my daughter and I had our best meals at Torreyana Grille. Thank you Terri and Max for the awesome conversations and service. You two were the icing and cherry on top!!!
