  As a college student, it’s hard to find something quick, convenient and delicious on campus. But this Rubio's has time and time again provided me with exceptional customer service, very small wait time, and a super yummy meal. Consistency is everything! Nearby outlets have discouraged me from coming back for that reason. My current favorite item on the menu is the Wild Alaskan Salmon Burrito!! I chose to sign up for rewards bc I kept coming back and I randomly got a free taco last time I ordered! In summary, I love this place and I wish I had discovered it earlier in my college career. Thank you for your convenience, consistency and quality service and food!

  Totally awesome! I was getting seriously hangry! Rubio's was there to rescue me! The kind and helpful young lady, and the chef, helped me create the perfect bowl, for my first ever shrimp bowl! It was just awesome!

  We came to this spot for dinner. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

  Mexican Seafood
  Although this is a chain restaurant, it's a really good option if you want to have a healthy meal with reasonably priced seafood. My husband and I shared the coastal trio - original fish taco (Alaskan Pollock), shrimp taco and wild-caught Mahi Mahi taco and a chipotle orange salad bowl with wild-caught salmon. It was very tasty, fresh and light and we loved the help yourself fresh salsa bar!
