  I have been training with Kiana since May of 2018. I have never been able to stick to a workout program until I found Kiana. I have lost 20+ lbs and have been able to keep the weight off. She caters to my lifestyle and has never made me feel bad for missing a workout or eating unclean. She is the most positive person and challenges me when I doubt myself. I highly recommend her if you’re serious about changing your life.

  Kianna is absolutely amazing! I’ve been training with her for a few months now. She has helped me learn how to track my macros correctly. Making it to where I’m not on a “diet” that I can eat literally anything. She’s helping my mentality on food. That nothing is actually “bad” for you and you can eat whatever as long as it’s tracked properly. Her work out plan is amazing and the app that you use is awesome! You can see the last weight you and the achievements you got on that work out. Her price is very affordable. And she even reaches out to u and holds you accountable. I highly recommend using her as your trainer! I’ve had a few trainers over the years and she has been the BEST!

  She helped me figure out and obtain my nutritional and fitness goals i had in mind for my trip to Mexico. I learned how to eat properly and not feel guilty about the foods I was eating. She taught me new exercises that I will continue to use as I move forward in my fitness journey. She was a always a message a way for help with anything I may have needed. I had a blast working with her and recommend her to anyone that needs help with what ever goals they may have

  I’ve been working with Kiana for almost a year. She has guided me nutritionally though competition prep, getting me stage ready to compete in bodybuilding figure class. She got me through prep flexible dieting. No cookie cutter diet, I got to enjoy foods I like. Now that competition is over she has been AMAZING with helping me slowly reverse diet. It’s easy to be coherent when I get to choose my foods while staying in the guided macros she gives me.
  She has been super helpful, very knowledgeable and quick to respond!
