  I have just recently started yoga at the age of 65. Benny is a great Yogi, she cares about people in her class. I have medical limitations which don’t allow me to do all the positions. But she is very encouraging for me to do the best I can! Everyone in the class is very enthusiastic about Benny’s teachings . I’m looking forward to regaining my flexibility and strengthening my body and mind!

  Benny is TRULY a committed mentor and guide!
  Her expertise and compassion are perfect for those eager to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. She is extremely perceptive and effortlessly mixes students of differing skill/experience levels, challenging and guiding expertly.
  
  Have to say that finding Benny to begin my practice has, without a doubt, CHANGED my life for the better. There’s no way to express with words how meaningful her impact has been- If you’re eager to begin yoga, this is the PERFECT place to do so, and the challenge won’t stop as you progress!

  Enjoyed an organic dinner with Benny's coaching after a nice hike. Very pleasurable time of refreshment.

  I took a private yoga class with Benny. The studio is very intimate which provided a calm and serene feeling. Her deep knowledge of Yoga guided me every step of the way to surrender to my higher self. I learned a lot about Yoga and had a total body/mind exercise. Thank you Benny.

  The best feeling ever! I took a class here recently and I felt so great afterward.
  Benny is the name of the teacher. She is fantastic! Walking you with detail description into each pose safely and then guiding you inward to feel it inside. A true mind body experience. Highly recommended!
  She offers the first class as a gift to her student from her good heart.
