  Last year my fiance had a very sudden back injury that caused him a tremendous amount of pain. It was hard finding someone who was open on the weekend let alone was the type of chiropractor we needed. Luckily we found the wellness center. We were able to get him in last minute and Dr Austin did an amazing job helping get him back on track and out of pain. We were able to even take some yoga classes and are still currently having our chiropractics done there. Dr Austin really takes the time to listen to your needs and make adjustments where you need them most and also helps with giving you stretches and exercises to help prevent injuries. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  The Wellness Lounge team has made a big impact on my life for a couple years. I became certified as a Yoga Instructor at their Kearny Mesa location and from the very beginning they have been helpful and supportive in developing my teaching skills. I completed their Paddleboard Yoga Teacher Training and it was so fun! Very unique and such a beautiful location in San Diego. Everyone seems to love the yoga classes. I highly recommend studying with the Wellness Lounge. I feel deeply cared for as they are understanding about financial situations. They offer payment plans and work-trade to help with tuition, which was the only way I was able to complete my trainings. I'm so happy that I chose this community. If you are interested in Yoga Trainings I highly recommend connecting with this team. They do their best to make your dreams come true. Also, their spa treatments are memorable!
