Catalyst Physical Therapy and Wellness

I saw that Catalyst had great reviews online, and decided to use them to rehab a dislocated shoulder. My experience here has been outstanding - their approach to physical therapy and welcoming community have been an absolute delight. In a way, I'm grateful I got injured bc otherwise I wouldn't have met this wonderful team of incredible people - everyone- the front desk staff, the PT's, the Athletic Trainers, the massage therapists, and the assistants/volunteers/trainees are an absolute delight. Highly recommend Catalyst for any training or physical rehab needs!

I have been going to Catalyst for about 2 months now and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of any physical therapy. Austin has been treating me and I have seen huge improvements. When I first stopped in for an evaluation I was having pain doing simple day to day task like putting on pants and taking the dog for a walk. Now I am back to working out every day, hiking, running and moving around like I’m not a 90 year old man.

I go to Catalyst for personal training with Pedro. I enjoy working with Pedro because I not only get a great workout, I feel that he really cares about my overall health and well-being. He encourages me to workout (or at least move around) outside our scheduled workout times and checks in on my eating habits. You really couldn't ask for a better trainer. He really cares and is extremely knowledgeable.

I enjoy the Catalyst facility as well. There's always lots of people there doing various things. That always serves as motivation for me to do my best. They have lots of different equipment to use and it's always clean. I highly recommend going to Catalyst.

We have known Catalyst and been patients for years. Although they have cured our past ills, we continue to benefit from Pedro’s personal training expertise. Pedro has trained Kathleen weekly and has guided and prompted her to reach her goal of maintaining optimal cardiovascular health. From walking 6 miles at a brisk pace weekly, to teaching her how to modify a plank when her shoulder was hurting her, Pedro has always been a source of important information and encouragement that has enabled her to maintain her fitness goals. Actually, we can’t imagine ever being without him in our life. Professional, kind, patient and very smart are just a few of his qualities. Thanks Catalyst for bringing him to us!

Catalyst is the bomb. I go there for both physical therapy and personal training, so I can confidently say that all the employees are very knowledgable in what they are doing. With that being said, they are also very friendly and helpful when making accommodations with scheduling appointments.
As far as the workouts/therapy goes, they are hard. I’m not gonna lie, they make you work until you are exhausted/sweat is dripping on the floor. However I feel that this determination that all employees clearly exhibit encourage me to work even harder to obtain my goal. So if you are looking for results whether it be to recover from a surgery or to get in better shape, catalyst is for sure the place for you.
Lastly I would like to say that I always find myself leaving with a smile and knowing that I accomplished something!
