Sonata Hospice

5 stars and I can tell you we had 2 more stars that became very close with during one of the most difficult times in my life. Those two stars would be our star coordinator Mary Jane, whom still reaches out to me and my family to comfort and support us after losing our loved one. The other superstar in my heart was our amazing nurse Sidney. I had 24/7 access to the one person that understood what I was going thru and what was needed before I asked but also a friend. I never felt alone or lost in this really difficult time. If anything Sidney gave me the tools and the strength to take care of my loved one the way they wanted to in the end. I'm so very grateful for this company and everything they offer. What a blessing to our family.

Our company has had the privilege of working with Sonata Hospice on a number of occasions. Their team is exceptional, you wont find a better group of professionals in healthcare with the clinical expertise and heart they operate with. I would absolutely recommend them and use them to care for a loved one.

The people in Sonata Hospice ARE GREAT! they helped me with everything that I needed to do in order to transition my mother from the hospital to hospice. And when my mother passed away they also helped me with financial and spiritual situation of losing a love one.

My grandpa was put into hospice and it was a hard time for the family, but working with Sonata made it as good as this experience could be. Everyone I was in contact with, especially Mary Jane, was so kind and sweet. I knew that my grandpa was recieving the best care possible and that the team was doing their best at all times. I definitely recommend Sonata! :)
