My running went from a D to a B + in just a couple months of working on it with Prehab! I’ve struggled with injuries, specifically knee pain for several years and after discovering that my running form was causing it, I learned how to prevent it. I would highly recommend Prehab. I was able to use my flexible spending account from work and it’s 100% worth the money. They provide such personalized care! Unlike “rehab” you don’t feel rushed in and out!

I started going to Prehab because I wanted to focus on preventative maintenance and improve my running form. When I had a running injury in early December, Marielle at Prehab was super helpful in reducing the initial symptoms and developing a plan to get me back into running over the next 8 weeks. The team at Prehab is very knowledgeable and I always leave my sessions feeling satisfied in making progress towards my running goals (whether it’s recovery from injury or working on running form/strength).

If you’re an athlete who’s been plagued with injuries, I’d highly recommend going to PreHab. I came here after a friend recommended them and I am so happy that I did.

I’m a runner and they were able to analyze my gait to see how I ran and how I could improve my running. Turned out that my tendonitis that I had come for was related to my form! Since going to Prehab, they’ve helped me with getting through 3 full marathon in the course of 8 months. I’ve been plagued with all sorts of injuries and they’ve been so helpful through it all with treating my T.O.S and now an issue with my sciatic nerve. I’ve gotten manual work and lasering done on my muscles and I’ve been armed with PT exercises that help me get stronger. Best part of it was that I was never told to stop running, maybe decrease running, but never to stop and as a running addict, I greatly appreciated that!

Thanks Arsen and Lily for all your help!

I went to Prehab at the suggestion of my personal trainer. I had 15 years of shoulder pain and 12 years of sciatic nerve pain due to some old injuries. It was keeping me from doing certain work and I was getting very frustrated.

Arsen was incredible! In a few short weeks, I started to no longer feel any pain! I am still working on strengthening all those muscles that fell asleep during those years of pain. That said, instead of just strength training, I'm also kickboxing regularly and living a fully active life. I never thought I'd be able to be pain free, let alone do such rigorous workouts again.

I basically force all family members that visit me on vacation to go see them. They've helped all of them.

I love these guys. They're amazing. On top of that, they care for all of you as an individual. I truly know they care about how I'm doing as a whole person and treat me how I arrive every time.

I recommend them with the highest of praise and gratefulness! ❤️

I am without a doubt an injury prone runner, but I’m usually able to get through most of them on my own. However, after limping for 3 weeks I knew I needed some expert assistance and booked a PT evaluation with Arsen. After one session, we were able to diagnose the problem and set me up with a customized recovery plan to get back lifting and running again, as well as how to prevent the issue from reoccurring in the future. After a couple weeks following the program and trusting the process, I’m back to running and coming back way stronger! If you’re a runner looking for a game changer, seriously look no further.
