(June 11, 2012, 7:10 pm)The Alexander Technique is wonderful, and I'm so glad I found it! It is a great way to relieve back pain and tension throughout your body. My lessons with Rebecca have taught me to use my body more efficiently and gently. I have fewer aches and pains since my lessons. I would highly recommend her lessons to other people who want to improve their posture and the way they use their body.
