(May 9, 2019, 1:27 am)I came here for a beer waiting for my flight. Bartenders/cashiers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you’re going through SAN.

(March 5, 2019, 12:20 am)They have a pretty decent BBQ. I think its a bit much of a cult following, but their food is consistent between all the stores. Service is pretty fast, so if you have 30min or so before you have to board, you can eat here and sit at one of the many tables.
I like to eat here for lunch before I board the plane. Habit from when work was sending me to Saudi a lot, and this was my last pork meal for awhile....became my thing to do. -

(January 25, 2019, 4:22 pm)I usually take a late afternoon flight out of San Diego and I enjoy stopping in here for a cold, local brew and decent BBQ. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Service is quick. Plenty of TVs to watch sports.
Two critiques about food. I think the menu lacks sufficient green veggies (sides). And the BBQ, although good, needs a deeper and smokier flavor. I like my BBQ without sauce.
I recommend this place to anybody. You can get a meal that's delicious and free of processed food items. Hard to find that at an airport.
