Ives Insurance Services

Emily has been great taking care of two policies for us doing alot of maneuvering. She has been great communicating everything and tracking down what we need. We initially switched to get lower rates on home and auto, and have been glad she's working on our new setup.

I don’t have enough nice things to say about Marissa and Ives insurance. She has been our agent for almost 2 years and I couldn’t ask for anything better in an insurance agent. She is professional, intelligent, helpful, kind, efficient and timely. Marissa makes every step of the process SO easy and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy with their insurance needs. We initially used her for our home insurance and have now established auto and life insurance through her as well because she was able to provide us with more coverage for a lower premium than our prior policies. She is extremely knowledgeable and has spent significant time explaining things to me so that I felt comfortable with all the terms and vocabulary - I would be so lost without her! I have so much peace and confidence knowing that if something were to happen and we needed to make a claim, Marissa would be there for us. We are so grateful for her and her expertise!

Everyone I have worked with at Ives Insurance Services has been so kind and helpful. Every question I've had (there's been a lot) has been answered quickly and professionally. I use them for my personal insurance needs, as well as, my business needs. I seriously don't know what I would do without them! Thank you so much Ives!

These guys are absolutely on it. I own a small HVAC/refrigeration business and Rob saved me over 1100 dollars on a policy compared to our previous company we were very faithful to. We do a lot of emergency service calls and sometimes need roof access for new customers and they can issue us insurance certs within 5 minutes of calling with all the correct wording required. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Outstanding customer service and communication which is hard to find these days!
